Nestled above the roaring Pacific Ocean,
the Coastal Nest vacation cottage has all
the amenities of home. This two
bedroom, one bathroom home has been
lovingly remodeled into open concept
living space. Vaulted ceilings and a great
bunch of windows make the place light
and airy and very beachy. Two decks
open the living space to the outside. The
front bedroom has a queen bed and
French doors that open right onto the
deck. Lie in bed and listen to the waves
crash on the sandy beaches below. The
back bedroom has a queen bed and a
twin trundle bed. The kitchen is well
stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils,
and appliances you would need,
including a dishwasher and microwave. A
nice long dining table has plenty of
seating for fun games, a nice dinner, or a
great work space. The home comfortably
accommodates groups up to five with
three beds, a full kitchen, and stackable
washer and dryer. Comfy new furniture,
cable TV, DVD player, and a stereo make
this a great place to kick back and relax.
The ocean beach is reached by a quick
walk or drive down the nearby Analyde
Gap Road. Also nearby is the quaint Main
Street of Pacific Beach with gift shops, a
kite shop, grocery, town gazebo, and
state park entrance. Stay in and cook, or
go out to a few of the local restaurants in
the area. The Naval retreat center
located right across the street, has a
restaurant/lounge, bowling alley, movie
theatre, and outdoor play park.
Swimming, hot tub, and massage are
readily available at the nearby Ocean
Crest Resort. Affordable day pass
available.
