OCEAN CLIFF HOUSE, MOCLIPS
This 5 bedroom house offers an
unrivalled view of the Pacific Ocean and
Sunset Beach 200 feet below. Enjoy the
fully landscaped, beautiful backyard with
cliffside deck and masonry fire pit. The
fire pit becomes the social focus of the
each evening as you warm yourself by
the crackling fire, gaze at the bright stars
above, and listen to the roar of the
ocean.
The nearby Ocean Crest Resort offers a
stairway down to the beach, a gourmet
restaurant, and public health club with
exercise equipment, hot tub, and large
swimming pool. Another route down to
the beach is to walk, bike, or drive down
the Analyde Gap Road, where you may
park or drive on the hard-packed sand. It
makes for a pleasant walk to go down
one of these routes and back up the
other.

trees - you can see a 1,000 year old
