PACIFIC BEACH STATE PARK
You won't find a property closer to the
park with a short path to the beach
immediately adjacent and a deck that
looks out over the dunes and
vegetation, the wide sands, and the
Pacific Ocean. The fantastic,
unobstructed view can also be enjoyed
indoors from the living room and all
bedrooms. In the other direction, a short
walk brings you to Main Street with its
shops, restaurants, grocery store, and
coffee shop with WiFi Internet hot spot.
This is a newly constructed (in 2008), 3
bedroom house on one level with fully
stocked, beautiful kitchen and 1 car
garage. The amenities have been kept
simple to focus on family time. Games,
cards, puzzles, and a TV plus VCR/DVD
player for watching movies are provided.
On Labor Day weekend, you'll have a
ringside seat for the busy Pacific Beach
kite festival. Most evenings there isn't a
finer spot to watch the sunset.
