Seashore Dreams twin homes are
perched 60 feet above Sunset Beach in
the historic town of Moclips. The home
was designed with views in mind and
features a 180 degree ocean/beach view
from the west and an Olympic Mountain
view from the East.
Each of the homes are identical in floor
plan and feature two bedrooms, two
baths, gourmet kitchen, living room with
25 foot ceilings and bayed dining room
with three large windows. There is a 3rd
loft bedroom up the spiral staircase that
is a quiet retreat for reading or soaking
in the views. Unit 1 is light and bright
with white trim work, cabinetry and
doors. Lighthouses and the beach lightly
decorate this home. Unit 2 is done in
natural woodwork with a ship captain's
theme: real fishing nets, glass balls and
antique ship lanterns. Both homes have
the luxurious jetted jacuzzi tubs,
woodburning stoves, satellite network

These custom built homes were
completed in October 2007 with three
guiding principals: view of the ocean

Our newly constructed, sea shell themed
cottage is situated steps from the
Analyde Gap beach access road, down
which you may walk or drive and park on
the beach year round. Three bedrooms
and 1,360 square feet of space can
accommodate groups up to 6 adults and
4 children. Pets are welcome in the
cottage.
